In stock items usually ship by Canada Post in 24 hours from the date and time p+a furniture receives confirmation of your Internet purchase. Refer "Ordering Information" in each product for availability, which is updated regularly to reflect current inventory. Estimated lead times ("Usually ships in…") are quoted in business days or weeks and do not include weekends and statutory holidays. 

In an attempt to keep inventory levels in our warehouse modest, p+a furniture has established  a "just in time" inventory system. If an item is out of stock and or back ordered, we will contact you by email to allow you the opportunity to change or cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order, we will refund the amount on your credit card. Please allow 3-4 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
