Every effort is made to ensure orders arrive to their destinations intact and complete. Please thoroughly inspect the packaging and merchandise upon receiving your order.

Internet purchases of merchandise may be returned for refund, exchange or credit within 14 days of the delivery date. A Canada Post tracking number will be included in the email p+a furniture sends you confirming that your order has been shipped. Merchandise/item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. Please allow 3-4 business days for refunds to appear on your statement.

holiday gift return policy

Merchandise may be returned with a receipt or gift receipt for refund, exchange or credit until January 5 2013. "Sale" and  "discounted" items are eligible for exchange or credit only. p+a furniture will email you to confirm if you require a gift receipt enclosed.

items returned not in original condition and or packaging

p+a furniture reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 20-50% to any item(s) that is not returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be no greater than the cost of the item(s). Re-stocking fees will be deducted prior to refunds being processed.

missing merchandise

If merchandise is missing, please notify p+a furniture within 48 hours upon receipt of order. p+a furniture will cover the shipping costs associated with sending missing item(s).

defective and or damaged merchandise

All returns of defective and or damaged item(s) must be reported to p+a furniture Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt of order. Returns must be pre-authorized by p+a furniture Customer Service.

If you received defective and or damaged item(s), please email and include the order number, purchaser’s name, address and the item(s) you will be returning. It is recommended that you also provide a photograph of the damaged item(s) you received. You will be given a return authorization code that will need to be submitted with the returned item(s). Arrangements will be made for replacement of any defective and or damaged item(s) at no cost to the purchaser.

Refunds for defective and or damaged item(s) will be issued at p+a furniture's discretion upon receipt and inspection of returned item(s).

Any returned item(s) deemed by p+a furniture to be have been damaged after delivery and or as a result of misuse by the purchaser will not be refunded or exchanged. p+a furniture will not issue refunds or exchanges for normal wear and tear.

items not eligible for refund, exchange or credit

"Sale" items, "discounted" items, "made to order" items, non standard orders, mattresses, pillows, duvets and p+a furniture requiring installation are not eligible for refund, exchange or credit.

return shipping

p+a furniture does not take any responsibility for return shipping. It is advisable that when returning item(s), customers use a carrier with a tracking system.
